How to play: 

1. Simply dip it, squeeze the handle to open, and shake the fan to create hundreds of bubbles around you!

2. Dip the duckbill/bubble ring into the fluid 

3. Easy to re-use, simply let go of the handle and Fan-O-Rama goes back to its compact form.
